Plant 'Forte Prom GmbH' - full cycle of the company for the production of aluminum and bimetal radiators located in the city of Volgograd. Production starts in 2012, 'Forte Prom GmbH' is currently one of the largest domestic enterprises for the production of radiators in Russia.

Technological equipment plant comprises 13 modern injection systems, 3 Italian lines of machining, 2 high-performance automatic tunnel-type paint lines. Production at the plant is automated up to 95%.

'Forte Prom GmbH' is built according to the most advanced industry standards. Equipped with high-tech modern equipment, the company produces products that can compete with the best European samples.

manufacturing process:

13 molding complexes provide casting of sections with the most modern way - the way of casting under pressure.

On a high-technological Italian lines, the sections are equipped with a base, carving, laying, are connected into a uniform radiator and undergo hydraulic examination.

High-productive painting lines of a tunnel type provides a white-snow tinge and an equal glazed covering of radiators.

A radiator is equipped into a special thermo stencil, preventing the surface of the device from mechanical damages, and a branded colorful box.
